Ingredients
- Carrot(diced) - 3 nos
- Potato(diced) - 1 no
- Green chillies(chopped) - 3 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Beans(chopped) - 6 nos
- Cauliflower(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
- Butter - 200 g
- Milk - 6 cups
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Egg - 1 no
- Capsicum(sliced in round shape) - 1 no
- Tomato(sliced in round) - 2 nos
- Cheese(As reqd) -
- Bread crumbs - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Roast flour in butter without changing its colour.
- Reduce flame, add milk and mix well.
- Take it from flame and add egg to it and mix well to make a white sauce.
- Add the cooked vegetables to this sauce and mix well.
- Pour this mixture into a pie dish and sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top of it .
- Sprinkle lots of cheese on top of it.
- Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees, till it`s top turns light brown in colour .
- Serve it hot.
