  • For preparing vegetable pie, cook the vegetables with required water. Drain the water.
  • Roast flour in butter without changing its colour.
  • Reduce flame, add milk and mix well.
  • Take it from flame and add egg to it and mix well to make a white sauce.
  • Add the cooked vegetables to this sauce and mix well.
  • Pour this mixture into a pie dish and sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top of it .
  • Garnish with sliced capsicum and tomato.
  • Sprinkle lots of cheese on top of it.
  • Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees, till it`s top turns light brown in colour .
  • Serve it hot.
