Drain the water.Roast flour in butter without changing its colour.Reduce flame, add milk and mix well.Take it from flame and add egg to it and mix well to make a white sauce.Add the cooked vegetables to this sauce and mix well.Pour this mixture into a pie dish and sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on top of it .Garnish with sliced capsicum and tomato.Sprinkle lots of cheese on top of it.Bake it in oven for 30 minutes in 180 degrees, till it`s top turns light brown in colour .Serve it hot.
