Instructions
- Soak rice for about 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
- Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden colour.
- Add tomato and fry for some time.
- Add all the vegetables and fry again.
- Add rice along with 2 1/2 cups of water.
- Add salt, turmeric powder and garam masala.
- Pressure cook till you hear 2 whistles.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.

There is no mention about chillies at all……it was yuck
easy and nice recipe.there is absolutely no need fr green chillies as the ginger-garlic paste and garam masala is added.moreover,pulao is not meant to be as spicy as biryani!! good work.
