Ingredients
- Dried Hakka noodles : 1 pkt -
- Spring onion : 3 - 4 nos
- Carrot : 1 large -
- French beans : 50 gm -
- Ginger finely chopped : 1‘ pc -
- Garlic minced : 5 - 6 cloves
- Whole red chillies : 10 - 12 nos
- Schezwan paste : 1 tsp -
- Light soya sauce : 1 tsp -
- Sesame oil : 3 - 4 tsp
- Salt & pepper : to taste -

Instructions
- Add the dried hakka noodles to the boiling water and cook for 5 - 7 minutes or till the noodles are cooked.
- Apply 1 tsp oil to the boiled noodles and mix well so that they don’t get sticky.
- Heat 2 tsp sesame oil in a wok and add the chopped spring onion, ginger, garlic and whole red chillies and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.

- Add the Schezwan sauce, boiled noodles, soya sauce, salt and pepper and toss the noodles so that all the ingredients are well mixed.
