- Potato(cut into cubes) - 1 no
- Carrot(cut into cubes) - 1 no
- Beans(cut into small pieces) - 10 nos
- Green peas - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Onion(cut into small pieces) - 1 no
- Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp
- Fennel seeds(perinjeerakam) - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves - 2 stems
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Coconut oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Water - 1 cup

Instructions
- Cook all vegetables (potato, carrot, beans ,green peas,onion) including green chillies, fennel seeds & ginger paste in a pressure cooker with one cup of water.
- Add salt to taste.
- Garnish with 1 tbsp coconut oil & curry leaves. :- This will enhance the taste & flavor.
- :- Serve hot with appam, idiyappam, chappathi, puttu etc....!!
