Instructions
  1. Fry the rice and moong dhal for 2 minutes. Soak it in water for about 5 minutes and in a vessel add water and boil or one can pressure cook as well

  2. Chop coriander, chilli, curry leaves and ginger

  3. Heat ghee in a kadai, fry black pepper and jeera

  4. Add the cashew, chilli, coriander, ginger and curry leaves and fry for 3 minutes

  5. Add this to the rice and cook till the rice looses its shape
