  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Jaggery Sharkkara
  • 250 ml Ghee


  • Mix butter and rice flour thoroughly into a fine dough.
  • Take jaggery in a vessel.
  • Add little water and melt so that it forms a thick juice.
  • Prepare small balls with butter and rice flour mix.
  • Deep fry the balls in ghee until golden brown.
  • Add these balls to the hot and thick jaggary juice and allow to soak.
