- Milk - 2 cup
- Water melon rind - 2 slice
- Badham milk powder - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Cashew nuts - 10
- Ghee - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Grated the watermelon rind abd keep aside.
- Boil the milk and add grated rind allow to cook till it soft.
- When it boil soft add sugar and stir it well
- Add Badham milk powder and stir it well
- In mean time add ghee in pan and roast cashew nuts and put into kheer
- Now its ready. serve hot/ cold. Watermelon kheer is ready..
