Wheat idiyappam is a Kerala's traditional breakfast normally made with whole wheat flour and water and pressed into thin noodles with sev maker and steamed. This is a healthy breakfast recipe and a different variation in string hoppers. The wheat flour is fried with rice flour to prepare this string hoppers. This can be served with coconutmilk or any other choice of your own.
