Mushroom cooked till dry

Ingredients
- Mushrooms(sliced) - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- garlic(chopped) - 5 cloves
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Tomato(ground) - 1 no
- Corn flour(mixed in a little milk) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Cook it in a steamer for 5 minutes.
- Fry onion, ginger and garlic in oil. Then add chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, pepper powder and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Mushroom masala is ready. Serve hot.
