- Mutton : 1 k gm -
- Onion : 3 nos -
- Shallot : 10 nos -
- Garlic : 8 nos -
- Ginger : 2 inch piece -
- Tomato : 1 no -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Chilly powder : 2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : 3 spring -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Salt to taste -
- Curd : 1/2 cup -
- Oil as needed -

- And then add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Then to this add salt ,turmeric powder, and chilly powder.
- Then mix well. .
- Cook this in a pressure cooker.
- When its brown add coriander powder and garam masala to it.
- Stir well.
- To this add the cooked mutton. .
- Then close the pan and add water if needed.
- When the oil gets split from gravy.
- Add curd to it.
- Stir well.
- Close the pan for 5 more minutes .
- Serve hot.
