Ingredients

Mutton : 1 k gm
Onion
: 3 nos
Shallot : 10 nos
Garlic
: 8 nos
Ginger
: 2 inch piece
Tomato
: 1 no
Turmeric Powder
: 1 tsp
Chilly powder : 2 tsp
Coriander powder
: 1 tsp
Garam masala
: 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves : 3 spring
Curry leaves
: 1 spring
Salt
: to taste
Curd : 1/2 cup
Oil
: as needed
Instructions
Clean the mutton and to this add
tomato
,
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
,shallot.
Enter Step
And then add
curry leaves
and coriander leaves.
Then to this add
salt
,
turmeric powder
, and chilly powder.
Then mix well. .
Cook this in a pressure cooker.
Then heat another pan add
oil
in it and when its hot add 1
onion
to it.
When its brown add
coriander powder
and
garam masala
to it.
Stir well.
To this add the cooked mutton. .
Then close the pan and add
water
if needed.
When the
oil
gets split from gravy.
Add curd to it.
Stir well.
Close the pan for 5 more minutes .
Serve hot.
