- Prawns - 150 g
- Onion(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chilly paste - 2 tsp
- Ginger Paste - 1 tsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Boiled potato(mashed) - 4 nos
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Egg - 2 nos
- Bread crumbs - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing yummy prawn cutlet, marinate the prawn with chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt. Chop the prawns finely. Keep this aside.
- After 5 minutes, add garam masala and pepper powder and mix well. Then add curry leaves and chopped prawns.
- Mix these with boiled and mashed potato and allow to cool.
- Make cutlets with the mixture. Dip it in egg and then in bread crumbs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes brown. Yummy prawn cutlets are ready.
