- Chicken leg portion - 7 nos
- Tandoori powder - 2 tbsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Curd - 1 cup
- Ginger(garlic paste - 2 tbsp) -
- Food red color(A pinch) -
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 2 tbsp
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing yummy tandoori chicken, first clean and pat dry the chicken.
- Make lines on the chicken.
- Mix together all other ingredients well.
- Whisk curd before if required.
- Rub the masala into chicken.
- Cover the vessel with foil or keep in tight container.
- Leave it overnight in fridge.
- Grill the chicken in a griller or in BBQ stand.
- Rotate chicken and grill uniquely all the sides.
- Yummy tandoori chicken is ready.
