Ingredients
- Gram flour(Kadalapodi/Besan) - 2 cups
- Onions - 2 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Tomato - 1 no
- Garlic pods - 2 nos
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves -
- Curry leaves -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- For seasoning: -
- Oil - 3 tbp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions
- Roast the gram flour in a pan till it gets golden brown.
- Cut onions, tomatoes and garlic into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add all the seasoning ingredients. When they splutter, add chillies, curry leaves, garlic and turmeric powder.
- Add tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- :- Serve with Bhakari(jowar roti).

Sorta OK.Could have been better….
Hi…Its ok. But if we put masala i.e. prepared by maharastrians it will be more good. And this is not Karnataka dish but Maharastrian dish.
. Good. U could try putting asafoetida powder( hing/ kaayam) as soon as the mustard splutters. This will give it more taste
