Achari Paneer

this recipe is made with paneer and tangy and hot aachari masala. the best way to start a lots of flavour. a simple mixture of all spices and tomato with onions gives more aroma to this recipes .

  • 1 cup Paneer
  • 1 tsp Coriander seed
  • 2 Dry chili
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Fenugreek
  • 1/4 tsp Asofeotida
  • 1/4 tsp Funnel seed
  • 1 chopped Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 1 Green chili
  • Salt as taste
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tbl Oil


  • Dry roast the spice which are ingredients list and allow to cool and grind
  • Grind tomato and green chili and keep aside
  • Cut paneer and toast and keep aside.
  • In pan add oil temper jeera and saute onions
  • Now add tomato and grind powder and cook for few mins
  • Now add salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  • Now add paneer and mix well and cook for few mins and turn off
  • Now its ready achari paneer serve with roti's or rice
