Al Faham Chicken is a specially grilled Arabic chicken dish very tempting and flavorful. This Chicken is very popular in Middle East prepared from a specially ground Arabian spice mix. Arabian spice mix is also termed Bezar and the dish can be barbequed either in oven or charcoal grill. For Fresh Arabian Spice Mix :
- Dry red chilies - 8
- Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Whole Black Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon stick - 2 inch

Instructions
- For preparing , dry roast ingredients of Arabic masala powder.
- Now allow to cool and powder finely
- Now keep aside 2 tbsp and store balance in air tight container
- Wash chicken and mix all masala (both ground powder and paste) and add curd. Marinate for 2 hr minimum.
- Now preheat oven for to 200 degrees and grill cook for 30 mins. If you grill in charcoal cook for 45 mins.
- Now it is ready to serve.
