- Potato(medium) - 2 nos
- Green peas - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing the delicious dish, first boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.
- Cook previously soaked dry green peas in cooker and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add the chopped onions and fry well. Saute the onions well till they are soft and translucent.
- Add tomatoes and stir fry. Note well that the tomatoes are well mashed.
- Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
- Sautee well all the ingredients.
- Add the cooked peas and boiled potatoes.
- Allow all ingredients to mix well and cook for some time. The gravy should be thick and well blended.
