- Aloo 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Red chilli 2 no. -
- Green chilli 2 no. -
- Ginger Garlic paste : 1/2 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Mustard : 1/2 tsp -
- broken urad dal 1/2 tsp -
- bengal gram 1/2 tsp -
- Curry leaves 1 bunch -
- Salt to taste -
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp -
- Grated coconut : 1/2 cup -

Instructions
- Boil the aloo and cut into small pieces
- heat oil in the pan and temper the mustard, broken urad dal, bengal gram, and red chilli
- add curry leaves, onion and green chilli and saute it
- add salt and turmeric powder and mix it
- add aloo and mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
- now add grated coconut and mix well
- aloo podimas ready to serve.
