- Amberella : 3 nos -
- Bombay onion cut into big pieces : 1 no -
- Green chillies cut into 1 inch pieces : 2 nos -
- Curry leaves : 1 spring -
- Mustard seeds : ½ tsp -
- Small piece of Goraka : 1 nos -
- Chilli powder : 1 tsp -
- Chilli pieces : 2 ts -
- Saffron : ¼ no -
- Water : 1 cup -
- Sugar : 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Wash and peel the amberella and cut as shown in the picture. (Put seeds also)
- Enter Step
- Add bombay onions, green chillies, curry leaves, mustard seeds, piece of goraka, chilli powder, chilli pieces, saffron and a pinch of salt to taste and mix well.
- Then add a cup of water and cook.
- Enter Step
- When the amberella is getting soft add sugar.
- Remove from the fire while having its sauces.
