Instructions
- Beat the eggs.
- Cut the bread slices into triangle shapes.
- Dip the bread pieces in the mix and spread the egg mix evenly on both the sides of the bread pieces.
- Keeping the flame low, grease the frying pan with ghee/butter.
- Roast the bread pieces until it is light brown in colour.
- :- Instead of the sugar and cardamom powder, if u add 2 green chillies, 1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste and finely chopped coriander leaves, its also a tasty snack.
