Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Arabic masala(I already posted this powder in al fahan chicken recipe) - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Red chili powder - ½ tsp
- Pepper powder - ½ tsp
- Rice - 1 kg
- Tomato - 5
- Garlic and ginger - 2 tbsp
- Onion - 5
- Tomato puree - 1/8 cup
- Cloves - 4
- Cardamom - 4
- Cinnamon - 4
- Lemon - 2 tsp
- Green chili - 2 chopped
- Dry lemon - 1
- Mint - ½ hand
- Oil - ¼ cup

Instructions
- Now add other powders and mix well
- Now add tomato and sauté till soft
- Now allow to cool and grind paste
- Now in pan add chicken and ground masala cook for 15 mins and turn off
- Now remove chicken from chicken broth and grill for 10 mins in oven
- In heavy bottom pan add oil and temper cloves, cinnamon, cardamom and mint leaves
- Now add chicken broth and when it boil add soaked rice
- Now add dry lemon and mix well check salt
- Now cook till rice cook and close lid.
- Now arrange the plate first serve rice and top grilled chicken and sprinkle fried onion and mint and coriander leaves
- Arabic Chicken Makbous Rice is ready to serve
