Ingredients
- Raw banana(Paccha Ethaka) - 1 no
- Elephant yam(Chena) - 1 cup
- Carrots(big) - 1 no
- Drumstick(Muringakka) - 1 no
- Potato - 1/2 cup
- Snake gourd(Padavalanga) - 1/2 cup
- Cucumber(Kumbalanga/vellarikka) - 1/2 cup
- Beans/Long Beans - 3 nos
- Onion(optional, medium) - 1 no
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Chilly powder - 3/4 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
- Thick tamarind water - 1 tbsp
- Curry leaves(A few) -
- Water - 1/4 cup
For grinding:
- Grated Coconut - 1 1/2 cups
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1/2 sprig
- Small onions(Kunjulli) - 3 nos

Instructions
- If u don`t have all the vegetables listed above. You can use any vegetables u have except ladies finger(vendakka) and tomato. Cut all the vegetables lengthwise of 1/2 inch length.
- Put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker.
- Add chilli powder, turmeric, water and salt into it and mix well.
- Close the lid and cook it in high flame upto 1 whistle and 2 mins in simmer.
- Switch off the stove.
- Grind together coconut, cumin seeds, onions and curry leaves.
- Cook for another 2 mins.
- Switch off the stove.
- :- Do not overcook as it can get dried up quickly.
- Add curry leaves and coconut oil and mix well.
- Close the lid and let the aroma spread into the curry.
- :- Serve hot.
