Ingredients

cup
All purpose flour
Maida
1
tbsp
Curd
Soda
A pinch
1
tbsp
Ghee
1/4
tsp
Essence
preferred choice
1
cup
Sugar
Orange
food color
Few drops
Oil
for frying
Cashew nuts
Saffron
Instructions
Add soda and
ghee
and mix well for a minute or two.
Add maida, food color and blend well with
ghee
.
:- Use your hands for blending for best results.
Add curd and knead to a soft dough.
Heat
oil
in a pan kept on a low flame.
Make small round balls off the above dough and flatten it to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Make a dip on one side of it before you fry it.
Fry them all on low flame only and keep aside.
Heat another pan and add
sugar
.
Pour
water
just to the level of
sugar
and make a thick syrup.
Dip the fried badusha and keep aside.
After 2 mins, dip them again.
After the second dip, before it dries, garnish it with nuts and
saffron
.
