  • Add soda and ghee and mix well for a minute or two.
  • Add maida, food color and blend well with ghee.
  • :- Use your hands for blending for best results.
  • Add curd and knead to a soft dough.
  • Heat oil in a pan kept on a low flame.
  • Make small round balls off the above dough and flatten it to about 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Make a dip on one side of it before you fry it.
  • Fry them all on low flame only and keep aside.
  • Heat another pan and add sugar.
  • Pour water just to the level of sugar and make a thick syrup.
  • Dip the fried badusha and keep aside.
  • After 2 mins, dip them again.
  • After the second dip, before it dries, garnish it with nuts and saffron.
