Rasam made with small chicken pieces with bones

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Chicken with bones chopped to small pieces
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • Salt As rqrd

Grind into paste:

Instructions
 

  • Heat ghee in a pan.
  • Add the ground masala and let it cook for 5 - 6 mins or until raw smell leaves.
  • Add chicken pieces and 1 litre of water.
  • Boil until chicken is cooked well.
  • Add salt and lemon juice.
  • :- Serve hot
