1 Chicken with bones (chopped to small pieces)2 tbsp Ghee1 tsp Lemon juiceSalt (As rqrd)Grind into paste:1 cup Onion (chopped)1 tsp Dhania2 nos Garlic flakes1/2 piece Ginger2 nos Cloves2 nos Cardamoms1/2 tsp Aniseed (Sonf)1/2 tsp Poppy Seed (Khas Khas)1/2 tsp Turmeric powder1 tsp Red chilli powder Heat ghee in a pan.Add the ground masala and let it cook for 5 - 6 mins or until raw smell leaves.Add chicken pieces and 1 litre of water.Boil until chicken is cooked well.Add salt and lemon juice.:- Serve hot Tamil
