- vazhaipoo/ banana flower 1 cup -
- Curd : 1/2 cup -
- Chopped Onion : 1 cup -
- chopped green chilli 3 -
- Turmeric : 1/2 tsp -
- roasted gram flour 2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Oil to fry -
- chopped coriander and curry leaves 2 tsp. -

Instructions
- soak the banana flower / vazhaipoo in curd for 1 hour
- grind and make fine paste the banana flower / vazhaipoo
- in bowl add banana flower paste, onion, green chilli,curry leaves, coriander, roasted gram flour, turmeric, salt, maida, corn flour, rice flour and mix well
- mix well and make dough
- from dough make small balls
- heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls
- banana flower / vazhaipoo kola is ready
