Banana Pudding
Mashed banana mixed with flour and cocoa powder.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup All purpose flour Maida
- 2 tbsp Cocoa
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Banana mashed, Poovan
- 2 nos Eggs
- 1/2 cup Milk
Instructions
- Sift together maida, cocoa and baking powder.
- Beat well the egg yolks with sugar.
- Add the mashed banana, milk and maida flour.
- Fold in the egg whites and blend well.
- Pour the contents into a greased pudding dish and cover the mouth with grease proof paper.
- Steam the banana pudding for about 1 1/2 hours until set.
- Serve the banana pudding with custard.
