Ingredients
- Medium sized potatoes boiled and cubed : 5 - 6 nos
- Medium sized onions finely chopped : 3 nos -
- Red chillies : 8 - 9
- ½ grated coconut -
- Ball tamarind : 1”inch -
- Oil : 2 tsp -
- Haldi / Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Salt to taste -

Instructions
- Boil and peel potatoes. Cut them into small cubes.
- Grind the grated coconut, dry red chillies, and tamarind pulp to a smooth paste adding a little water.
- In a non stick pan heat oil and fry the finely chopped onions till translucent.
- Cover and keep on a low heat for few minutes till a thick gravy consistency is formed.
- Serve hot with roti.
