250 g Beef (thinly sliced)1 tbsp White wine1 no Potatoes (peeled and cut into pieces)2 nos Onions (sliced)Brown sugar (As reqd)1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil3/4 cup Water3 nos Green chillies1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)Salt (As reqd) First heat oil in a pressure cooker and saute beef pieces for a few minutes.Add sliced onion, green chillies, ginger and potato pieces and saute for some more time.Stir in brown sugar, white wine and mix well.Add water.Cover the pressure cooker and cook in low heat.
