Ingredients
- Beef(thinly sliced) - 250 g
- White wine - 1 tbsp
- Potatoes(peeled and cut into pieces) - 1 no
- Onions(sliced) - 2 nos
- Brown sugar(As reqd) -
- Vegetable oil - 1/2 tbsp
- Water - 3/4 cup
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add sliced onion, green chillies, ginger and potato pieces and saute for some more time.
- Stir in brown sugar, white wine and mix well.Add water.
- Cover the pressure cooker and cook in low heat. Cook till done.
- Beef stew with white wine, a popular continental dish, is ready. Serve hot with bread or boiled rice.
