Ingredients
- Small brinjal 400g -
- Channa dal 25g -
- Red chilli 3 or 4 -
- Red chili powder : ½ tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- Urad dal/ black gram 25g -
- Jeera 1tsp -
- Fenugreek seed 2 tsp -
- Curry leaves : as needed -
- Mung dal 25g -
- Small onion 150g -
- Black mustard seed ½ tsp -
- Turmeric powder : ½ tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tsp -
- Tomato 1 -
- Oil : as required -
- Sait to taste -
- Coriander leaves : for garnish -

Instructions
- Heat the oil in pan and add Channa dal, urad dal, jeera, mung dal, fenugreek seed,red chilli and fry it in low flame.
- Allow to cool and grind and keep aside
- In pan heat the oil and tepmer the black mustards seed , urad dal and curry leaves.Add chopped onion and saute it, till it turn into brown.
- Fry it low flame until the masala mix cook well with brinjal.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
