- Broken wheat(Soak for 15 minutes) - 2 Cup
- Grated Coconut - 3-4 Tbsp
- Salt(To taste) -
- Water(As required) -
- Oil -

- Grind broken wheat with require water until smooth and fine rava like texture.
- Mix both ground broken wheat and coconut by adding required salt and water.
- Heat up a dosa pan, keep the flame at medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the ground batter on the hot tawa and spread in a circular motion.
- Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook for a minute or until the base turns slightly brown. Flip to the other side and cook for another minute. Flip again, and transfer.
- Serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
