This is an instant dosa variety prepared from healthy broken wheat. Broken wheat is prepared by grinding raw wheat coarsely. There is no refining of wheat involved.   • Grind broken wheat with require water until smooth and fine rava like texture.
  • Grind coconut with little water to make a coarse paste.
  • Mix both ground broken wheat and coconut by adding required salt and water.
  • Heat up a dosa pan, keep the flame at medium heat. Pour a ladleful of the ground batter on the hot tawa and spread in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle a few drops of oil and cook for a minute or until the base turns slightly brown. Flip to the other side and cook for another minute. Flip again, and transfer.
  • Serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
