For preparing broken wheat with veggies, take a vessel, add water and required salt to the broken wheat. Allow it to boil. Lower the flame and cook covered untill the broken wheat is done and all the water has evaporated.
Remove the cooked broken wheat from the fire and allow it to cool.
Take a pan, heat coconutoil and sute tomato, onion, capsicum, curry leaves, lemon juice, pepper powder, sugar and required salt. Toss it well.
Carefully fold in the cooked broken wheat and cucumber. Mix it.
Garnish with coriander leaves and peanuts.
