  • 1 cup Maida
  • 1 cup Butter
  • 1 cup Fresh grated cococnut
  • 4 nos Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Jaggery powder Sharkkara
  • 1/2 cup Ghee


  • Take a bowl and put egg white and butter in it.
  • Mix vigorously to form white paste.
  • To this, add maida and half of the ghee and mix well.
  • Make thick pooris with this dough.
  • Take a frying pan, put ghee and spread the poori.
  • Spread grated coconut and jaggery powder mixture over the poori.
  • Invert an empty shallow vessel over the poori and allow to simmer on low flame, The jaggery, coconut mixture blend and form an uniform top over the poori. :- Serve hot.
