Ingredients
- Grated Carrot - 2 cups
- Dates(chopped) - 1 cup
- Cashewnuts(chopped) - 1 cup
- Sugar(powdered) - 2 cups
- Eggs(white & yolk separated) - 3 nos
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 cups
- Refined oil - 1 1/2 cups
- Vanilla Essence(A few drops) -
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Soda bicarbonate - 1 tsp
- Spices(powdered) - 1 tsp
- Honey(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200 degree cen 375 degree f or Gas Mark 5.
- Sieve flour together with baking powder and soda bicarbonate thrice.
- Add egg yolks and beat for 2 mins.
- Add all the dry ingredients.
- Pour in honey.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Place in a greased tray dusted 8 cups capacity.
- Bake for 1 1/2 hrs.
- Remove from the oven and cool in the tin.
- Turn it over to a cooling rack.
