Ingredients
- Carrot - 3 to
- Raw Rice - 2 cups
- Curry leaves - 10 leaves
- Ginger - 1 small
- Garlics - 2 pieces
- Coriander leaves - 5 Nos
- Onion - 1 No
- Peanuts - 3 tspns
- Cumin seeds - 1 tspn
- Garam masala powder - 1 tspn
- Red chilli powder - 1 tspn
- Salt(To taste) -
- Coconut/Refined Oil - 4 –

Instructions
- Clean the Carrots and cut/grate them into thin and small pieces
- Heat some oil in a frying pan and then add the Cumin seeds into the hot oil
- Add Peanuts also
- Also add chopped Onion, Curry leaves and Ginger-Garlic paste and stir the mix for about two minutes
- Add the grated Carrot along with Garam Masala powder, Red Chilli powder and required quantity of Salt and stir the mix well
- When the colour of the mix turns into light brown, add the cooked rice into it
- Stir the mix for about five minutes and change the rice to a serving vessel
