250 g Prawns1 cup Cashew (soaked)3/4 cup Coconut (grated)1 tsp Cumin seeds (Jeerakam)4 nos Green chillies (slit)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder5 nos Dry red chillies2 springs Curry leaves1 tsp Coriander powder1 tsp Pepper powder3 nos Red onions (chopped)1/4 tsp Fenugreek seeds (Uluva)2 cloves Garlic1 piece Ginger1/2 tsp Mustard seedsTamarind (lemon sized)Salt (As reqd) For preparing cashew prawns curry, roast grated coconut, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, coriander powder, pepper powder, fenugreek seeds, garlic and ginger. Grind it to make a fine paste.Cook the cashew nuts in 2 cups of water.Add the paste, salt, tamarind water, prawns, and green chilly to it. Allow it to boil.Heat oil in a pan.
