  • For preparing chapathi, first sprinkle salt in wheat flour and mix well.
  • Mix the flour with water to form a soft dough and knead it until smooth.
  • Pluck out small pieces of the dough and roll it. While rolling, sprinkle more flour to avoid sticking.
  • Heat a pan, and heat both sides of the rolled chapathi. Serve hot with curry.
