  • For preparing chemmeen puli, fry onion in oil.
  • Add the ingredients garlic paste, chilly powder, ginger paste and turmeric powder. Fry again.
  • Add water to it and cook the onion.
  • Add tamarind leaves and fry again.
  • Add prawns and required salt. Cook well and remove from flame.
  • Chemmeen puli is ready. Serve hot.
