Chicken 65 - A Crispy Snack

A chicken side dish for biriyani and rice varieties

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 kg Chicken
  • 5 nos Small onions Kunjulli
  • Ginger A small piece
  • 10 nos Garlic pods
  • 1 spoon Masala powder
  • 2 spoons Chilli powder
  • 1/2 spoon Kesari powder
  • 1/2 spoon Pepper
  • 1/2 spoon Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • Curry leaves As reqd
  • Coriander leaves As reqd
  • 2 spoons Corn flour
  • Salt As reqd
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Clean and cut the chicken.
  • Grind together all the ingredients except for oil and mix it with chicken and marinate it for 2 - 3 hrs.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Deep fry the marinated chicken, till done.
