  • Clean & dry the chicken. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients for marination. Keep for ½ hour.2) In a frying pan, heat little oil (1tbsp) and fry the chicken pieces till half done. Keep this aside.
  • In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for sauce. Mix well.4) In the pan, mix the sauce and chicken pieces. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook chicken.
  • Check in between, add more water if required.6) While chicken is cooking,heat butter in another pan. Add green chillies,capsicum and curry leaves.
  • Fry till it become soft. This is the main part of this recipe. Do not burn it.
  • Check the chicken, it should be semi thick form (not too watery).9) Add the chillies mixture on gravy .
  • Mix it. Serve the delicious mouth watering chicken with chappathi, fried rice or parotta.
