Instructions
  1. Clean & dry the chicken. Marinate the chicken with the ingredients for marination. Keep for ½ hour.2) In a frying pan, heat little oil (1tbsp) and fry the chicken pieces till half done. Keep this aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients for sauce. Mix well.4) In the pan, mix the sauce and chicken pieces. Add 1/2 cup of water, cover and cook chicken.

  3. Check in between, add more water if required.6) While chicken is cooking,heat butter in another pan. Add green chillies,capsicum and curry leaves.

  4. Fry till it become soft. This is the main part of this recipe. Do not burn it.

  5. Check the chicken, it should be semi thick form (not too watery).9) Add the chillies mixture on gravy .

  6. Mix it. Serve the delicious mouth watering chicken with chappathi, fried rice or parotta.
