Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 kg
- Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 3/4 tsp
- Pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger(garlic paste - 3 tbsp) -
- Onion(chopped) - 3 nos
- Cashew nut - 50 g
- Tomato(chopped) - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind coriander leaves and tomato. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in pan, fry ginger-garlic paste, chilly powder, coriander powder and turmeric. Add chicken pieces to it.
- When chicken is done, add onion paste, garam masala. Mix well.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry coriander paste. When ready add chicken gravy in it and mix well.
- Chicken kalimirchi is ready.
