Instructions
- Cut chicken liver into small piece wash and keep aside
- Heat oil in a kadai or wok.
- Fry onions.
- Add finely cut ginger,garlic and green chillies.
- Add corriander powder, pepper powder and turmeric and fry well for a minute.
- Add chicken liver, salt and mix well and cover and cook for 20 minutes on a slow fire
- Once you see oil come out mix and fry will till mixture is dry.
- Add corriander leaves and lemon juice.
- Enjoy!!
