  • Chicken breasts(thinly sliced, boneless,skinless) - 3 nos
  • Julienned sweet red pepper - 3/4 cup
  • Fresh mushrooms(sliced) - 3/4 cup
  • Green onions(chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic cloves(minced) - 3 nos
  • Margarine/butter - 3 tbsp
  • Whipping cream - 1 cup
  • Dried basil - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. Take a skillet and pour butter. Saute red pepper, mushrooms, onions and garlic.
  2. Add whipping cream, basil, chicken and required salt.
  3. Cover with a lid and cook until chicken pieces are done. Stir occasionally until the gravy thickens.
  4. Serve the chicken primavera over hot cooked pasta and enjoy.
