Ingredients
- Chicken Mince - 100 gms
- Carrots(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Fresh Herbs(chopped, rosemary or cilantro) - 1 tbsp
- Onion(chopped, medium size) - 1/2 piece
- garlic(minced) - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilly(de-seeded and chopped) - 1/4 tsp
- Celery(chopped) - 2 tbsp
- Salt(to taste) -
- Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
- White bread - 4 thick
- Egg(whisked) - 1 no
- Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
- Biscuit cutter(round shape or any other) -
- Oil(for deep frying.) -

Instructions
- Wash the chicken mince and leave to drain and set aside.
- Add chicken and stir fry till the colour of the flesh changes to white. :- The pan should be sufficiently hot so that the chicken will not cook in its own stew.
- Season with salt and add celery. Stir till well combined and the chicken is cooked.
- Add fresh herbs and stir well.
- Remove from the stove and leave to cool.
- Use the biscuit cutter and cut rounds from the bread.
- Pile the chicken mixture on top of the rounds.
- Press down firmly, removing bits that stray from the rounds.
- Lay the coins face down on sesame seeds, dip it beaten eggs and then in bread crumbs.
- Leave to chill in the refrigerator.
- Deep fry the coins in heated oil till golden brown.
