- Chicken - 500 g
- Onion(sliced) - 2 nos
- Ginger(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 4 nos
- Dry red chillies - 4 nos
- garlic(sliced) - 4 cloves
- Turmeric - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coconut oil(As reqd) -
- Tomato(rounds) - 1 no

Instructions
- For preparing chicken spicy fry, marinate chicken with turmeric, salt, green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Pressure cook the chicken and drain water.
- Lightly press the chicken with fork and slice into pieces.
- In a kadai, add oil. Fry onion, cumin seeds, curry leaves and dry chillies.
- Add chicken and fry it till it become brown in color.
- Chicken spicy fry is ready.
