Ingredients
  

  • 125 g Chikoos soaked in cup water for hours
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh lemon juice
  • 50 g Sugar
  • Fresh cream very thick
  • Almond and pistachios chopped

Instructions
 

  • For preparing chikoo delight, deseed the chikoos, chop them into small pieces and roast these pieces till lightly browned.
  • Add sugar and water in which the chikoos were soaked.
  • Then add in the lemon juice and allow it to simmer in low flame till the chikoos become pulpy.
  • Chikoo delight is ready. Add the nuts and serve either hot or cold with thick cream.
