  • Mix all the ingredients for the batter.
  • Dip the cleaned prawn in it and deep fry it in oil.
  • When it turns to reddish brown, drain and remove.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan.
  • Add chopped garlic and when it turns golden brown, add chopped ginger, green chilly, onions and capsicum one by one and toss them well.
  • Add the fried prawn to this along with salt, pinch of sugar, pepper powder, ajinomoto, soya sauce and toss it well by adding little water.
  • When half cooked, add the spring onions and mix well.
  • :- Serve hot.
