Ingredients
- Basmati rice - 2 cups
- Shredded Chicken - 1 cup
- Eggs(beaten) - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Chinese salt(optional) - 1 pinch
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Onion(finely chopped, small) - 1 no
- Capsicum(finely chopped, medium) - 1 no
- Fresh green peas(boiled) - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion and fry, till it becomes soft.
- Add eggs and scramble well.
- Add chicken and saute for few secs.
- Add capsicum and green peas and saute for a min.
- Add rice, salt, a pinch of chinese salt and pepper powder and toss nicely.
- :- Serve hot with Chilly chicken or any spicy dish.
